Assessment packages - priced dependent on component requirements as discussed in the initial parent session, price will depend on the time and resources required to complete the assessment.

Within Auckland, you are welcome to send through an expression of interest, it may be possible for assessment services only, additional travel time will be charged. 

Outside of Auckland, telehealth services are available for locations across NZ. 

Limited evening appointments will be offered on a Wednesday evening, after 6pm. Times to be discussed during the initial parent session, additional costs may apply. 

Yes, a strict cancellation policy is in place to support the psychologist and the general unavoidable runnings of the business. 

Fee's are required to be paid in full within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, this will follow the session, in some cases a deposit may be requested. A cancellation (for any reason) that occurs within 48 hours - 24 hours prior to the start of the session will incur a 50% fee. An alternative day and time will be offered within 7 days of the appointment as an option if possible, or alternatively a teleahealth session will be offered in place of a face-to-face session. 

A 100% fee will be incured if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the session. An alternative day and time will be offered within 7 days of the appointment as an option if possible, or alternatively a telehealth session will be offered in place of a face-to-face session. 

Where at all possible the psychologist will offer to provide adapted services if a full fee is required. For an assessment package this may be report writing or phoning an additional stakeholder instead of a face-to-face session. 

We are only able to accept bank transfer deposits at this time. The details will be supplied on the invoice via email. When you transfer the fee outstanding, please provide the invoice or client name. 

An exceptional quality of service is very important to us here at Cubbiehouse, if you are not satisfied with how your session has gone, please provide feedback via email, within 7 days of your session, to ensure the psychologist can appropriately rectify your concerns. 

Whilst we are happy to receive referrals from GP's, Paediatrician's, Psychiatrists, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, daycares, kindergartens and schools, we are happy for you to contact us directly.
